"Order a test last year and forgot I was…"
Order a test last year and forgot I was subscribed. Got my receipt through to remind me and no longer needing it I went to get a refund.
Spoke to Phoebe on the instant chat and it was the smoothest and easiest refund I have ever had.
Literally took 5 minutes to get it sorted and refunded. This is the best customer service experience I have ever had, other companies can learn from Thriva how customer service should be done.

"Great service"
I’ve used this online company a few times and found them really nice to deal with and super quick to get my results.
They also followed up the week after to make sure I was happy when I had a small problem seeing my results. (Due to my impatience)
Highly recommended.
