"I wasn’t sure at first, but…"
I wasn’t sure at first, but it ended up being worth it for me. I’ve used it more than I expected, and the difference has been ridiculous in a good way. Glad I decided to go for it.

"I felt comfortable sharing my health info"
I’m usually a bit picky about privacy stuff, especially when it comes to health information, but this felt clear and straightforward to me. I didn’t get that uneasy feeling I sometimes have with other apps, so I felt safe sharing what I needed to.
"Clear results, but a bit much at times"
I used Thriva because I wanted to get a better idea of some of my health numbers without feeling completely trapped trying to figure it all out on my own. The report was clear overall, and I liked that it explained things in simple terms, especially what was normal and what might need a bit of attention. A few sections were still a bit too detailed for me, so I had to go back and read them twice. It wasn’t perfect, but it was definitely easier than staring at blood test results and guessing what they mean. I’d probably use it again.

"Simple and convenient home blood test"
I tried Thriva for a home blood test and, to be honest, it was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and it just made sense to do it at home rather than trying to fit in a GP appointment or travel somewhere for something so quick.
The finger-prick part was a little fiddly at the start, but once I got into it, it was fine. Posting the sample back was easy too. For the convenience alone, I’d definitely use it again.
"Good Options, but They Overdo It"
There are loads of tests to choose from, which I did appreciate. But some of the information felt way too much, like they just threw everything at me instead of making it simple. That part was annoying and kind of on them. Still, overall, it was handy once I got through the clutter.

"Canceling was easy, but I’m still expecting a fair adjustment"
I was surprised by how clear the cancellation process was. I found the steps right away, and there weren’t any weird hidden fees or annoying hoops to jump through. That part felt really fair. I’m just hoping they follow through with the proper compensation or adjustment now, since the cancelation itself was handled smoothly.

"Good range of tests in one place"
I’ve used Thriva a couple of times now and, for my own standards, I really like how much they let you check in one go. It’s not just the usual basic markers — I was able to look at things like vitamins, liver health, thyroid, cholesterol and a few other bits too. The results were straightforward to understand, which I appreciated. Overall, it felt like I got a decent overall picture without having to book loads of separate tests.

"I got my results quickly, which was…"
I got my results quickly, which was great. The app was a little confusing at first, but once I figured it out, the overall experience was smooth.
"What I really liked was that..."
What I really liked was that the results didn’t just point out what was low and then leave me to figure it out on my own. It actually explained what the numbers meant in normal language, then gave me practical next steps, like food ideas and supplement suggestions, without making it feel like I needed to completely overhaul my life overnight.
I’ve had blood tests before where I got the results back and just thought, okay, now what am I supposed to do with this? With Thriva, it felt a lot more straightforward because I could make a few small changes, understand why I was making them, and then retest later to see if anything had actually improved...

"Really reassuring results"
I got my results back sooner than I expected, which was such a relief. What really put my mind at ease was that the numbers lined up with what my GP told me later, so I felt genuinely confident they were accurate. The home test was simple enough to do too. I’d happily use Thriva again.

I’ve used Thriva a few times now i really like being able to see my results over time. It makes it way easier to notice what’s getting better and what maybe needs more attention. Super simple to use, and the results come back quickly too. Def useful if you like keeping an eye on your health without too much hassle

"The thriva kit arrived in simple, clean..."
The thriva kit arrived in simple, clean packaging, and everything was laid out in a way that made sense straight away. Compared with some at-home test kits I’ve seen, it felt much less fiddly or thrown together.
All the bits were easy to spot, and the whole thing looked tidy and well packed. It’s a small detail, but when you’re doing this at home, it really helps. Overall, a much better first impression than I expected

"Decent subscription, but I’d like clearer controls"
Thriva has been okay overall, but the subscription side felt a little clunky to me. I’m always a bit cautious with anything that renews automatically, so I wanted to make sure I could pause or change it without getting caught out. The options are there, which is good, but it took me a few clicks to actually find them. Not a huge issue, but I’d feel better if it was more obvious and easier to manage.

"I was surprised by how tailored the results..."
I was surprised by how tailored the results felt. A lot of similar services I’ve used give generic advice, but this actually pointed out things that made sense for me and helped me figure out what to focus on improving next.

"Helpful, but slow"
They did help me out. It just took a while. Overall, I’m glad they got it done

"Arrived exactly when expected"
I ordered my Thriva test kit and it showed up right on schedule, which I always appreciate because I tend to notice patterns with deliveries, if something starts off late or messy, the rest usually follows. This one was smooth from the start. The packaging was fine, everything that was supposed to be in the box was there, and I sent it back the same day. No chasing, no waiting around, no hassle. Just a straightforward home test experience.

"Checkout felt okay, just a little clunky"
Ordering the test started off smoothly. The site was clear enough, and I found what I needed without having to dig around too much.
The checkout part is where my gut started telling me it was a bit more awkward than it needed to be. There seemed to be a few extra steps, and I caught myself checking the delivery details more than once just to make sure nothing had gone weird.
Payment went through fine in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. It just didn’t feel especially slick to me, more like average and slightly clunky than anything seriously frustrating.
"Super easy dashboard to use"
I found the online dashboard really easy to get around. Everything was laid out clearly, so I didn’t have to keep clicking around trying to figure out what was going on. It was nice having all the results in one place and being able to check back later. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a slightly crushed granola bar the first time I used it, and even one-handed it was still simple to navigate. Quick, clear, and does exactly what you need.

"Sharing with my GP was handy"
It was easy to share my results with my GP, which was useful. Took about no time at all and made the whole process feel a lot simpler.
